I was both amazed and ashamed when I saw the latest cover of Rolling Stone Magazine. I really like this magazine, subscribe to it, and even am a frequent visito on their website. I couldn’t believe it when I saw Tsarnav Dzhokhar on the cover. It’s one thing to write a story about him in the magazine trying to figure out how the heck he became such a monster of a person, but to have him on the cover looking like a model is a whole different thing. This is a glam shot of him, and it almost appears as if he’s supposed to look like some sort of idol!
The magazine claims that there was a similar response 43 years ago when they featured Charles Manson on the cover.
What do you think of this super-controversial cover? I’m not impressed.
